These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the goood111 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on goood111 at any time. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time of release. - Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The minimum odds and eligible games for wagering requirements are stated per promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting markets offered on goood111 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable market rules before placing a bet. General principles that apply across all betting markets on goood111 are as follows:
- Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connection interruption, price change, or system error are not valid.
- Odds changes: Live in-play odds are subject to real-time adjustment. goood111 reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets where odds have been published in error, including pricing errors attributable to data feed failure.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goood111. Violation of any of the items listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
- Money laundering: Using goood111 as a vehicle for money laundering or the processing of funds derived from any illegal activity. goood111 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
goood111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions: Any confirmed or suspected breach of these terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failed verification: Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation within the timeframe requested by goood111.
- Inactive account: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. goood111 will attempt to contact the registered email address before any dormant account action is taken.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion: Where a player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard, the account will be locked for the period selected. During self-exclusion, deposits, betting, and promotional communications will all be suspended.
- Regulatory or legal requirement: Where goood111 is required by applicable law or regulatory direction to suspend or close an account.
Upon account closure that is not the result of a violation of these terms, any verified remaining balance that is not subject to pending withdrawal restrictions or bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to applicable verification checks. Balances subject to bonus wagering conditions will not be returned where the conditions have not been met.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the goood111 support team via live chat or by emailing support@goood111. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion request and processed with the same priority and protections.
